You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise (If your order is partially delivered, 14 day term will begin when you receive the last item in your order). Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. We do not accept returns sent after 7 days. We suggest you return the items using registered mail to avoid lost packages. Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached and the original packaging included. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items.
